- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I agree with the forementioned review. Most of the staff there are ineffective, rude, disorganized, and very cold, and even hostile. (There were a few exceptions on occasion of office staff who were pleasant and tried to be accommodating. To them I say thank you!) However, I had to use them for over two years, and overall it was not a good experience. They would lose paperwork, not process referrals at all in some cases or very slowly, not alert you in timely manner when approved, and follow through was minimal at best. I always had to wait at least two hours to be seen no matter what time the appointment. I believe it starts with the attitude of those in command, at the helm...the doctors. The whole place needs to be reordered, restructured, and a major attitude adjustment. Then maybe patients will be seen with respect and kindness and not an inconvenience.April 29, 2017by debi devalois
