- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Can I do less then a star? The doctors when they see you are great but the biggest issue is the fact that the office staff rarely answers their phones or even return the calls left both by patients or the insurance company. My daughter is on medications that she can not go without and I have called every day for over a week with no reply back.
